The shop offers Kiseki-no (miracle) pancake, a special vivid green pancake full of Uji macha (powdered green tea).
Its color will definitely attract customer’s attention. You can get this pancake only here.
This special pancake contains plenty of Uji macha in its toppings, including cream, gelato, and ganache, and even batter.
It comes with Strawberry daifuku (soft and chewy mochi) stuffed with fresh strawberry and green tea flavored sweet bean paste.
This pancake will be a dish that you can enjoy full of Macha.
Together with sweetness of the soft pancake, unique bitterness of macha and sophisticated aroma will spread throughout your mouth.
The shop interior provides a modern Japanese-style atmosphere with Kyoto’s distinctive character everywhere, including tables imaged Japanese hearths and noren curtain made with Kyoto-yuzen (hand-dyed work that has been handed down in Kyoto) textile.
