Excellent ramen that has different umami from each ingredent [Tokyo]

-Encounter impressive light ramen-

When I was walking around after work, I’ve found a ramen shop on my left side! 

As I was hungry & had low blood sugar, I entered the shop without thinking.

I said to a staff, “Please bring me the most popular ramen at your shop!”

Chukasoba(中華そば)  750yen

Immidiately after it was served, I was facinated by its beautiful soup that looked transparent.

Soup had three different umami (chicken, pork, and clam) and it was made to have full-flavored.

Broth was made only with white soy sauce and light soy sauce to enhance a flavor and aroma of each ingredient.

Flavor oil, lard with smoked mackerel aroma, stimulated my apetite, so I quickly finishied the soup.

Clam umami left on my tongue and strong aroma of the flavor oil were tangled up to create one-of-a-kind umami.

Noodles are very thin and straight with a smooth but springy texture.

I felt good about the smooth texture.

It was greatuful that the ramen were served with 3 or 4 slices of rare loin on top, even regular grade one.

This was light but rich-flavored ramen.
