You can eat it without a knife and a fork.
Its beef is so soft that you can eat it with chopsticks.

Right after having a bite of the beef, I screamed in my mind, “This meat was amazingly absorbed the flavor of the stew!”
Although the beef instantly melted in my mouth, I felt good that the aftertaste of beef umami lingered.

When I ate the stew with rice, the rice became so delicious that I felt like that I could eat rice as a main dish.
Since I was so impressed by the stew, I asked the owner Mr. Shimada,
“I ate such a delicious beef stew for the first time in my life! How could you make such a tasty beef stew !?”

Mr. Shimada replied,
“I slowly cooked wagyu (Japanese beef) in demi-glace sauce that I had made for three weeks”
“And my restaurant’s concept is that western food that goes well with rice.”

“Soy sauce-based broth is used to make beef stew and is added to a small portion of wine. As a result, beef stew can be paired well with rice.”
Although I was surprised at its price for 4,320 yen, I was convinced by the price due to its delicious taste after eating.
Right after I bit the cutlet, the umami and sweetness of the pork gradually spread through my mouth together with a crisp sound.
I screamed in my mind without realizing it, “Marvelous!”

I ate it without any sauce and soy sauce.
This cutlet is so delicious that I could eat it without any seasonings!
As I am a Japanese foodie, I was so fascinated by this cutlet, so I asked Mr. Shimada again,
“How could this cutlet be so delicious without any seasonings!?”

Mr. shimada explained,
“Homemade lard is a key to determine its taste. Our lard has a rich flavor so that its very tasty. Therefore, our cutlet will be delicious enough to eat it without any seasonings.”

This restaurant’s lard is good for your body.
The reason is that my body felt good immediately after having a bite of cutlet.

I was surprised at its price for 3,240 yen too.
This price is three times higher than that of a common cutlet.
However, its taste is marvelous! Therefore, I was convinced by the price.
