仁屋 (Jinya) in Sendai

Chinese noodle with seasoned egg, served in hinai chicken broth (880 yen)🍴
Its golden broth looked very nice…

The broth was really light and had a refined chicken flavor.

Its homemade noodles had a springy and smooth texture.

I slurped noodles smoothly.

I drank the broth to the last drop before!

I went to Jinya to have Chinese noodles.
I felt warm to see the warm sign of Jinya at snowy night.

Five boiled dumplings (300 yen)
These dumplings had a soft texture and were lightly seasoned.

My recommendation is to dip a dumpling into ponzu (citrus-based sauce) at first bite, and then to dip it into the noodle broth at second bite.

Char-siu pork don (380 yen)
A bowl of rice with ample of bite-sized char-siu slices on top.

A sprinkle of black paper on top went well with these hot pork slices.

I wolfed down this delicious don.

Zao-jiyouran egg (100 yen)
The egg yolk was plump in the center and had a smooth texture.

It was very tasty because of its rich flavor.

Char-siu don with raw egg over it.
I sprinkled soy sauce and Zao-jiyouran egg over the remains of char-siu pork don.

The don became mild taste. Very delicious!

Menu
I want to try the two dishes below next time:
・Chinese noodle with subtle flavor of dried small sardines
・Chinese noodle with a salt-based broth

The restaurant’s specialtiesI was fascinated with the following words on the restaurant’s specialties.
・Hinai chicken from Akita
・Home-made noodles
・Naturally brewed soy sauce

Jinya is one of my favorite restaurant due to its light taste. I can devour its food.
