The noodles had smooth but firm texture. I could slurp them smoothly.
I went to the Kadoya, because I wanted to have light ramen noodle.
Char-siu don (300 yen)Char-siu had light soy-sauce flavor.
Crunch texture of spring onion went well with pungent flavor of wasabi (horseradish).
I poured the ramen broth over the bowl.
It looked like original Himatsubushi-don (Himatsubushi is usually finely chopped broiled eel over rice).
Very yummy!
