Pork Loin Cutlet that is easy on your stomach as well as on the wallet.
I liked the crispiness of its coating very much…
The pork was tender and juicy. Its umami and sweetness spread through my mouth each time I bit it.
It had less fat so it was healthy.
The cutlet came with rice, miso soup, and salad. Surprisingly, 530 yen for all included!
This is an unbeatable price!
The rice is Akitakomachi, one of premier Japanese rice brands.
It had a soft texture and subtle sweetness.
It definitely went well with the Pork Loin Cutlet.
I enjoyed the gentle umami and saltiness of miso.
It made my body warm and relaxed.
You can choose one from two dressings: sesame or carrot.
You can also pour dressing as much as you want.
Shredded cabbage was very fresh and crunchy.
I tried carrot dressing this time.
The sourness of the dressing stimulated my appetite!
What surprised me was that the cabbage was washed and shredded with mineral water from Mt. Fuji!
Oolong tea and water
You can drink hot oolong tea or water as much as you want free of charge!
You can also have pickled radish as much as you want for free!
It was sweet but a bit spicy.
It is recommended to have it with the rice.
