Legendary & classic harami (skirt) beef steak offering for the first time at the Hiroshima event!
You can savor incredibly delicious Awajigyu and Nigata-Yukimurogyu steak too!
Kanzaki Aging Beef Katamariyaki offered by 「肉屋 格之進F」 who was selected as Yakiniku hall of fame will finally be served at Hiroshima event.
You can have a harami beef steak offered by 「焼肉 清左ヱ門」 who has a long queue in front of their booth every time,
thickly-sliced aged gyutan offered by「焼肉 じゃじゃ牛」,
a Awajigyu steak topped with sauce made with salt and onion produced in Awaji offered by 「淡路島と喰らえ」,
and Nigata-Yukimurogyu sirloin steak served with rock salt from Mt. Himalayas and wasabi that provide a kick flavor of the steak offered by 「にいがたバルOLMO」.
This sirloin steak was stored at a low temperature in a snowy room.
Ram meat that has drawn attention from various culinary fields will also be served at the event.
「La Paella Café & Tapas Bar」 ,who will participate in the event from Hokaido for the first time, will offer roast ram.
