Collaboration of Japanese tea & Häagen-Dazs ice cream.

A long-awaited café will be open in Ginza, Tokyo, where I, who is a shopping enthusiast, often visit…The café is called “Häagen-Dazs Sabou”

This is a café themed on Wa (Japanese-style) and where you can enjoy ice cream together with tea.

The café will be open inside Sukiyabashi Sabou at Tokyu Plaza Ginza between 18th April to 6th May, 2018.

Häagen-Dazs Sabou will be open only for a limited period and will offer a sophisticated ambience themed on Wa (Japanese-style).

You can have eight kinds of original Japanese sweets combined with six classic Häagen-Dazs ice cream, including vanilla, strawberry, green tea, cookie & cream, macadamia nuts, and crisp chip chocolate.

Its menu has been created by using ingredients that are very familiar to Japanese people as a base and you can enjoy each item on the menu together with tea.

Each Japanese sweet will be served with original flavored Japanese tea produced by a French sommelier Stephan Danton. Each tea will enhance the flavor of each sweet.

You can see a panoramic view of Ginza from the café too.

You will enjoy a luxurious and sophisticated atmosphere that is fusion of Japanese tradition and Häagen-Dazs brand.
