Salted salmon, prosciutto, and shrimp brought out of the umami of vegetables.

I had a brunch at Café Vert. The café provides a very relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by green and stylish interior.

Pasta with lemon cream sauce, wasabi leaves and bacon (810 yen)Its presentation was also stylish, sprinkled paper and basil as topping.

The moment I scooped some pasta, refreshing lemon aroma uplifted… Feel good!

The sourness of lemon and smooth texture of cream spread though my mouth when I bit pasta each time.

I was very satisfied.

Minestrone soup (324 yen)
The soup had a slight flavor and kept me warm.

Its basil flavor made me feel good too.

The soup contained crunchy sweet onion, chewy carrot, and salted bacon.

Hot coffee (324 yen)
Coffee was served on a stylish wooden plate.

The coffee made me relaxed after eating!
