The broth perfectly combined light soy-sauce taste with umami of a variety of fish so that it had rich taste.

I was able to eat the straight, medium-thick noodles with an elastic texture quickly.

Cha Siu pork had a tender texture and was easily torn.

Its gentle sweetness and umami spread through my mouth.

Miso Ramen with a boiled egg🍜 950yen
The broth was made by being blended with two types of miso (soybean paste) in a broth made from pork and flying fish.

The pleasant flavor and gentle sweetness of miso spread through my mouth right after putting the broth into my mouth.

You cannot stop eating noodles (medium-thick and wrinkled) once they are coated with the hot broth well.

Cubed Char Siu pork had a tender and elastic texture.

I enjoyed its umami and moderate saltiness. Feel good!

Tororo Rice with miso broth🍚 226yen
This dish combined with Tororo (grated yam), miso, and flying fish broth.

I enjoyed subtle refreshing sourness, umami of flying fish, and sweetness of miso right after putting the dish into my mouth.

I could devour it because of its light but rich broth.

I didn’t expect that I could find Genryu, one of the most famous ramen shops in Miyazaki, at a shopping mall.

I was so happy!

And the best thing is

“Genryu opens at 11:00-22:00 all year round!”

※There is always a line at the shop at lunch so I recommend you to go there at 14:00-17:00.
