It was served with thick sauce that had a moderate bitter flavor.

Many adults were hooked on this sauce.

The Hamburg steak was able to be cut by chopsticks, so it was easy to eat!

I visited the Hasekura at lunch to have a Hamburg steak.
I ordered a Hamburg set (1,300 yen).

SaladDressing with pleasant sour flavor went perfectly with crispy lettuce.

Miso soup
It contained seaweed. Its simple flavor cleaned my palate. Wonderful!

Besides the dishes above, the set came with rice.

Hasekura is a long-established restaurant, specialized in Hamburg steak.

I felt that most customers were in their 40s and 50s at the restaurant.

This is because the restaurant offers dishes that have adult preferred flavors.

Hasekura is open only at lunch time, between 12pm and 1:30pm.
(Ten customers waited in a line in front of the restaurant at 12pm before its opening.)

Many customers also came to pick up take-out Hamburg steaks at its opening.

I recommend you to go there at an early time, because the restaurant will be open until Hamburg stakes last.
